Sabrina is all about making new human friends, though she likes to start things off with a little cautious barking. But once she knows you're in her circle, she’ll be right by your side, wagging her tail and asking for all the head rubs and belly scratches she can get. She’s eager to please and quickly becomes your devoted companion. Around other dogs, Sabrina’s excitement can get the best of her, causing her to lunge in her eagerness to greet them. But give her a moment to calm down, and she’s all about playtime and friendly sniffs. Cats, however, are not on Sabrina's friend list. With her strong prey drive, she’s more likely to see them as something to chase rather than a furry pal, so we recommend steering clear of feline companions—sorry, no Salems for this Sabrina!

In terms of training, Sabrina is making great strides. She’s got the basics down—sit, stay, and come—and is working hard on leash manners and building her independence. She’s learning to enjoy her crate, especially at night, and with a bit more practice, it’ll be her cozy daytime retreat as well. Sabrina is also working through some separation anxiety, but with structure and patience, she’s making steady progress. Sabrina is microchipped and up to date with her vaccines. Her spay will be scheduled with our vet at Southdown, which is included in her adoption fee.
