Volunteer Agreement

Between MUTTS Dog Rescue and Volunteer

Volunteer Confidentiality Policy:

This policy applies to all volunteers associated and involved in the activities and affairs of MUTTS Dog Rescue. 

  • All volunteers acknowledge that as a result of their engagement within the organization they will not (except with prior written consent from MUTTS) at any time, directly or indirectly disclose, reveal, report, publish any confidential information acquired by MUTTS;

  • Volunteers are privy to confidential matters that will be exclusive property of the MUTTS team, including, but not limited to documents, communications, resources, contacts (all email lists, rescue partners, fosters, adoptive family) designs, policies and procedures and all confidential information;

  • If a volunteer no longer participates with MUTTS, the volunteer agreement will be terminated by MUTTS, however, the Terms and conditions shall be upheld and the volunteer Confidentiality Policy will continue to apply indefinitely; 

  • All physical properties, donations and materials in possession shall be surrendered to MUTTS.
