Just like the bright and cheerful flower she’s named after, Tansy brings sunshine and sweetness wherever she goes. This happy-go-lucky pup is full of life, love, and just the right amount of puppy mischief. With a waggy tail and a heart bursting with affection, she’s ready to blossom into someone’s perfect family companion.

Tansy is truly a social butterfly. She adores other dogs—big or small, she greets them with tail wags, wiggles, and endless enthusiasm. Her favorite playmates of all? Kids! She absolutely lights up when the children in her foster home come back from school, and delights in running circles with them in the yard, playing soccer, and curling up for TV time snuggles. She's playful but gentle, making her an ideal match for a family with young children.

With people, Tansy is all charm and affection. She has never met a stranger—only friends she hasn’t snuggled yet. She’ll happily trot over for pets, belly rubs, and full-on puppy cuddles. She’s also learning how to manage her teething stage, which occasionally includes gentle nibbles, but she redirects beautifully.

Tansy is still a young pup, but she’s already showing promise with her training. She’s picking up “come,” working on “sit,” and getting better with each leash walk. She’s not a huge fan of her leash just yet (chewing it is still more fun than walking with it), and car rides aren’t her favorite either—but she’s working on both with patience and consistency. House training is going well: she’ll let you know when she needs to go, and crate time is getting easier too. She might bark for a few minutes at first, but she settles quickly and sleeps peacefully through the night.

Her playful spirit is full of adorable antics—like the way she’ll fake being settled, then suddenly prance attack her humans like a goofy little gremlin. She’s vocal in the cutest way when she’s playing, and has the most delightful personality: sweet, cuddly, silly, and just a little sassy.

Tansy is looking for a forever home where she can continue to grow and thrive. She’d be happiest with a dog or kid buddy, but more than anything, she just wants to be loved. Whether you're a busy family with a backyard or a quieter home with lots of affection to give, this little flower pup is ready to bloom by your side.

Tansy is microchipped and has received her first round of puppy series shots. Her adoption fee will include her remaining puppy shots and spay at six months. She is currently being treated for Giardia (all associated costs will be covered by MUTTS).
