Time to meet baby Fendi! Born October 12, 2024, Fendi was found by a good Samaritan in a community in northern Manitoba. She was brought to our rescue pals, @manitobaanimalalliance, in a tote bag! This cutie has seen a big upgrade to her living conditions, and she’s ready to make the move into her furever home!
Fendi is friendly with all dogs that she meets! She is currently being fostered with fellow MUTTS alumni, Nova. Fendi is a playful pup who enjoys the company of other dogs and is always eager to play. The two dogs play inside the house and love to romp around the yard together! Though she loves the companionship of Nova, Fendi has an independent side, too – she is comfortable being on her own and enjoys resting quietly in her crate! Not to worry, cuddlers: Fendi loves to snuggle with her fosters, too!
Although she’s just a baby, Fendi loves to show off her smarts! She’s eager to learn and has passed her basic obedience test with flying colours. Because she loves being near her fosters, she’s great at coming when called … so long as there aren’t too many distractions! Her potty training is also progressing nicely. During her first few days with her fosters, she had several accidents inside. Now that she’s put in the work, she’s very good at going outside and keeping her crate clean! Speaking of clean, Fendi loves a good bath. She’ll even jump back into the tub after her bath is done! It’s likely that we have a water-loving dog on our hands, so bonus points if her adoptive family has access to a pool or nearby creek! She is currently in her teething phase, so her adoptive family will need to keep an eye on their things and make sure to redirect that teething energy to a chew toy.
Fendi is microchipped and has had her first round of puppy series shots. Her adoption fee will include her remaining puppy shots and spay at six months. She is currently being treated for Giardia (all related costs will be covered by MUTTS).
Little Fendi is looking for a home where she can continue to thrive and she’s ready to find her perfect match!
